Welcome! I'm Daisy Ramirez, a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with over 10 years of experience supporting children and families through meaningful communication. My journey into speech-language pathology began with a passion for connection and a deep belief that everyone deserves a voice—and to feel truly heard and understood. With a decade of experience in school settings, I’ve worked extensively with children with language disorders, speech sound disorders, autism, intellectual disabilities, rare genetic conditions, and complex communication needs. I have a strong background in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and focus on developing individualized, evidence-based therapy plans that meet each child where they are—whether that means introducing their first AAC system or strengthening social communication skills in natural environments. My goal is for every child to find their voice—whether that’s connecting with family at home or participating actively in their community. I believe in empowering children to reach their highest communication potential and helping them feel like confident, active participants in the world around them. Drawing on my school-based experience, I also support children in building the foundational, communication, and self-advocacy skills they need to succeed in the classroom. I collaborate closely with families to ensure their child receives the right services, supports, and accommodations to thrive. With a compassionate, strengths-based approach, I’m committed to working alongside you to unlock your child’s unique voice through communication that is functional, meaningful, and authentic.
